This tops my list - it's my favorite place, year round. In the spring, you have fresh new growth everywhere, in the summer, it's full of small town summer feelings with the boats going up and down the river, in the fall you have the most gorgeous oranges and browns with the perfect fall setting, and in the winter you have Christmas decorations and sometimes snow all over. There are stairs right next to the gazebo that go down to the riverwalk, providing a beautiful scenery change and more photo options. In the background, you have the river and beautiful iconic Snohomish bridges.

Arlington Lavender Farm

Seasonal - Late spring, Summer, and around Christmas time

While this location is seasonal, during the Spring/Summer season, it's just heavenly. The smell of lavender wafts by constantly, bringing a smile to my face during every session I do. The gift shop is full of so many amazing goodies, including my favorite Lavender Soda and Lavender Ice Cream (multiple different flavor combinations). During Christmastime, they have a really cool snow machine which is so perfect for family and couple photos. In a lower part of the field, there is a cross made from christmas lights that makes things just magical. The best part? They allow dogs on leash! It's hard to find these types of locations that allow dogs, so I am always excited to invite those with dogs to this location so their family pet can be included!

St. Michael Catholic Church

Snohomish, WA

Open year round - not all locations are accessible on all days and times

This is my favorite location for head shots and personal branding for those involved in ministry or the like. We have various types of walls for backgrounds, a large field, and depending on the time of the session, sometimes we have the option to go inside, with even more variation. Because St. Michael is a school as well, and there are daily and weekend masses and events, there is a limitation of where we can go during the week. Saturday sessions are best if you want the full variety available. It brings me such joy to be able to use this beautiful location for photos!

Tambark Creek Park

Bothell, WA

Tambark was the location I had so many "firsts" - it's a special place for me. I started offering free head shots there, family sessions, homeschool mini sessions, it's where my daughter first used an SLR camera. It's full of so many awesome spots, and it's SUPER kid friendly. The playground is enclosed (one of the very few in the county) allowing kids to safely play while other family members are having their own photos taken. It also has a bathroom available (Spring - Fall, closed for winter but with a portable toilet) which makes it great for potty training kids. There's even a dog park on the other side of the property, making it a great place for families with dogs. I will be using this location for a long time to come - it's just great!

Grand Avenue Park

Everett, WA

This is a very new location for me - I just found out about it last year! This is one of the few truly photographable locations in the Everett area that has cherry blossoms, so it quickly has become a favorite spot. This is a FANTASTIC spot for family photos - it's full of beautiful spots and gorgeous cherry blossoms. I have not ventured to this location during the fall or winter yet, but it does have a wonderful view of the port of Everett and the Puget Sound. I am so excited to see what sessions this location will bring me in 2025. **I will be having spring minis here so stayed tuned**
